How much does it cost to rent a lash room?
Rates are all-inclusive and depend on suite size and lease term — schedule a tour for current pricing, availability, and move-in specials. Leases run 26 or 52 weeks (we don't offer daily or weekly rentals).
Do I keep 100% of what I earn?
Yes. You pay a flat monthly rent and keep every dollar from your services and retail — no commission splits and no percentage taken from your sales.
Is the space private and quiet enough for lash work?
Each suite is fully private and lockable with its own door, so you control the lighting, temperature, and calm that precise lash work needs. With 24/7 secure access you can book early-morning or late-evening clients on your own schedule.

Houston — Royal Oaks Village at 11693 Westheimer Rd, Houston, TX 77077, and two Sugar Land locations in First Colony at 15315 and 15421 Southwest Freeway, Sugar Land, TX 77478. All locations offer 24/7 secure access.
